Bug id please. Does anyone know what these are, and how to manage them. Seem to be on lots of my plants. Will they be doing damage and if so what should I do with them?

Just put a cheap latex glove on and squish!

look like baby blackfly to me. they are a type of aphid[greenfly] swish by hand or spray with soap solution or insecticide which ever you prefer.
