Mine are just forming buds so I'd just be a little more patient. the ones I gave my neighbour have been flowering for 3 weeks now. I suspect his garden is slightly more sheltered then mine. could this be the case between your front/back garden?

I have the same situation - the front garden (south aspect, fenced, sunny) has fuchsias in flower, back garden buds and just a few flowers. Everything's running late - the cold winds earlier in the year .. ?

And are they the same variety? They seem to vary a lot, Lena is always first followed by Beacon, and Alice Hoffman always last - not a flower on her so far and Lena is well into her stride already, the others coming along in between
