I want to try and produce early potatoes in my greenhouse at Easter.If I purchase some August planting tubers can I store them in the fridge for a few weeks before chitting?

August planting Potatoes are sold to produce new Potatoes at Christmas. They may do better if left to continue growing until Easter !
I would plant them now, but cover with layers of fleece all winter.
