Can I grow an aloe vera plant from the seeds that have grown on my aloe vera plant , from all the flowers that were on there just 3 seeds seem to have developed

It would be interesting to try Roger, but the best way is to divide them. When it needs to be potted on you will find that loads of babies will have formed at the base. Just pull these away with the roots and grow them in separate pots. I end up with so many new plants it's difficult to find people to take them off my hands.
