Hallo all. I have loads of Anemones in my garden. I want to split them and give them to a friend. When is the best time of year to do this?.

which anemone are you referring too? this will depend on the answer. If it is the Japanese type then late autumn or early spring. Spring flowering ones may be bulbs or corms and can be lifted and separated after flowering as the foliage dies back.
