I have a climbing rose called a "Guinee" I bought it in may 2012 and although it grows really tall it does not produce any blooms was wondering is there anything i can do about it ?

gently bend the softer growth as close to horizantal as you can. you may have to prune the older stems out and tie in the new growth as the year progresses. the laying of the stems encourages it to produce the buds.
