Why have my mange touts plants not got a single flower?

mine aren't in flower yet either. I expect buds to form in the next 3 weeks.

Maybe too early - depends when you sowed them, how well they've grown etc. I find they usually start when they're about 2-3ft high, the flowers are good at hiding too...
