We've had our laburnum about 10yrs, every year until now it has always bloomed beautifully. This year there has been no new growth,is it resting or have the late frosts killed it?

I don't know where you are in the UK but here in Hertfordshire my old Laburnum tree is only just showing signs of leaves. A lot of trees seem to be late this year.
