Arbutus unedo compacta (strawberry tree). hi everyone,i have noticed that on the leaves on this plant that there are small red tiny spots on them, im thinking that it could be a fungle infection?.any help would be appreciated.thankyou.

Arbutus does get Leaf Spot, but more usually, the symptoms are seen from mid summer onwards, and the spots are usually purplish with brown centres. Even if it is Arbutus leaf spot, there's no treatment for it other than to clear away fallen leaves - it won't kill the tree anyway.
