I have an Apocynum in my garden. I am told it is fully hardy so expect it to come into growth soon. Thing is, is this plant legal here in the uk? I ask this as I am sure it is from the cannabis family and was in situ when we moved in three months ago. Would it be best for me to uproot it and bin it? Don't want the law knocking on my door!! Thank-you for your time.
