Relatively easy - this used to be called Kalanchoe (still is in lots of places). Min winter temp 50F, southfacing light in winter, winter sun beneficial, move to east or northfacing area out of sun for summer. Water well about once a week or less, let the compost dry out a bit between waterings, don't leave standing in water. Feed with proprietary houseplant food if you like.
