the houseplants get baby bio. when they go in to containers /ground they get slow release stuff. then i just ignore them.

I never feed geraniums, I make sure that the soil is fertile and they just grow away, also I don't like geraniums as house plants as they tend to get "leggy".
Last year Morrisons had trays of small geraniums, 20 to a tray, 2 for £3, it would cost more than that to grow them yourself from seed, Derek.

Derek these are the ones I had growing in pots outdoors in summer then I took them into conservatory for the winter.

I shall be taking cuttings soon .

And I only buy from our local nursery never supermarket for plants.
