Hello, is it OK to plant hebes near vegetables (peppers, tomatoes, blueberry, herbs etc), we want to plant as a windbreak? Thank you =)

I see no reason why not. In this country you have to be careful to choose hardy ones. Is your climate warm enough for you not to have that constraint?
