I have about 300 trailing violas since November but because of ill health and then bad weather they are still in greenhouse. They are still quite small. Is it too late to put them in hanging baskets and urns? Seems a shame to waste them.

Plant them into your baskets and urns, but I'd keep them in the greenhouse until March.
