Yes you can, but try and take as much soil as you can to prevent too much root damage.

Dig the new planting hole first so you can lift and replant in one go.

Also check on species final height and width before deciding on new situation. Is the label correct ? Some traders shove any old label on plants to sell them in supermarkets, notably Cactii.
After 20 years your Conifers may be 40 feet high, and cost £400 + each to have removed !
