How to care for a ceropegia

I have recently purchased this as a houseplant. Care instructions are minimal. Any help would be appreciated.
Can you also let me know where you nursery is, as welive in surrey,and would like to visit

This appears to be a trailing succulent - general care as follows:
Water thoroughly when the compost dries out slightly from spring to autumn. In winter, water infrequently, once every 1-2 months.
Needs fresh air in summer, so near an open window. Likes some sun, but not hot summer sun. Grows better in a shallower pot rather than a deep one, you may need to pot on in spring. No need to mist the leaves.
This particular plant is supposed to be really easy to grow.
