yes we had loads of this self seeding last year up and down the country.

Datura stramonium, thornapple, jimsonweed.
I was thinking the other day that I hadn't seen any reports of it this year and November is quite late.
It is toxic (related to deadly nightshade etc) but as long as you don't eat it you shouldn't worry.
Tends to come from seeds dropped by birds.
