What exactly are these spots on my goldeen apple tree.And what is recommended to get rid of these spots.This apple tree almost 9 ft.tall and its the 2nd season the spots appeared. Thank you..

Cedar Apple Rust I think and I think you can get a spray for it.

It looks like rust remove all infected leaves and burn them and see if next year it improves.

Its a fungi called cedar apple rust.A disease that cant go from one apple tree to the next apple, it can go from my apple tree to a cedar tree it needs a host.I will spray my apple tree next spring when it loses 75% of its blossoms to cure this fungi.
