Will Cerinthe seeds sown now survive in S East

I want to try sowing the seeds now and grow the plants with a little protection through the winter

Yes - they are pretty hardy, and they germinate very fast! My plants seeded themselves, and the new seedlings came up within 10 days. One of them even has flowers on it! I might even get seedlings from that seedling this year...LOL.
