How thinly do I sow green manure Vicia sativa?

Recommendation is 50g of seed per square metre. There is also a caution on using this particular green manure as it will release germination inhibitors into the soil. That’s great for weed prevention but it also means that sowing small seeded crops has to be delayed by about 1 month after digging in.
