What do you mean by grow? If you are growing from a seed then put 2 in a pot with soil and leave it outside over winter. At least one will hopefully be poking through the soil in March.
If buying a Cherry tree then you can buy then now in pots, but if you wait a month you can buy bare root ones much cheaper.
