i have two clematis,polish spirit and i think the other one is jackmanii.do i cut them back now. polish spirit is still flowering but the other one is finished.They are entwined together.

Not just yet - these are both in the viticella group, and need cutting to about 2 buds, or about 8 inches, from the ground in mid winter, but not later than mid February.
