Why haven't ny Livingstone Daisies got no flowers on them?

Are you saying there are no flower buds at all, or just that there are no "open" flowers? If the latter, you haven't got it in enough sun - it needs full sun all day long, won't flower in shade, and those flowers on the plant will close when the sun goes in.
If there are no flower buds, try giving them a shot or two of tomato food.
