I had a flourishing passion fruit plant that used to climb up a terrace. It died when the stem was accidentally broken.
I replaced 2 years ago with another plus a honeysuckle plant for more colour, although both are healthy but neither flower. Can you explain please

It shouldn't have completely died. It should resprout from the base or below ground level. The Passionflower can take a couple of year's to get to flowering size. Mine has only just started flowering as the weather over summer was such rubbish! The Honeysuckle should flower next year on side shoots from this year's growth.
