how do i replant a forest flame plant about 3ft high and over 6 yrs old and when should i do it

If it has to be moved, I would move at the end of november/ december, it will have quite a large rootball, take it out with as much of it as you can, replant straight away and keep well watered if we get a dry spell, don,t move it if there is frost or snow, or the ground is frozen, keep well watered until it re-establishes itself, Derek.
