Could someone please identify this lawn weed for me?

I have many patches of this in my lawn. Weed and feed doesn't kill it, nor a lawn weedkiller spray (or at least the ones I've used so far). It's a very low growing, spreading weed, small round leaves with small yellow flowers. Any advice on how to get rid of it would be most appreciated!

Thank you Seaburngirl - there is also lots of clover but I can identify that okay! I will continue to weed and feed and see what happens.

its called 'Black medic' and produces a long black seed pod. it is a member of the clover family. it should respond to feed and weed eventually.
the alternative is to use an old knife and dig it out using the tip of the blade.
