Our version of a Dr. Suess tree. (Ulmus parvifolia (Chinese Elm))

This one by the bank I see all the time. Chinese evergreen (sometimes) or aka Ulmus parviflolia. They make great little Bonsai tree's if you find the dwarf versions.
