Thalictrum delavayi 'Hewitt's Double'

Thalictrum delavayi 'Hewitt's Double' (Thalictrum delavayi (Meadow rue))

Very difficult to get a good photo of the clouds of lilac flowers, but it's very pretty.

Wonderful! this has a very special memories of a close family member who died at a very early age., this was the last flower she chose when we visited an Open Garden together.

Thanks - both -yes, Sbg. The flowers opened a few days ago. I have a different Thalictrum, which flowered some time ago...can't think of its latin name...it'll be in my plant list, though.
