No i don't think so Jac, - the pink may cost more than the lilac ones for obvious reasons. i did'nt buy any of mine they were already here. they do grow quite quickly.

i adore liliac it was my nans favourite, i love the smell, so pretty, my nan use to pour the tea leaves out of the pot around the bottom as they were supose to be good for the tree

i have some great childhood memories of my nans red roses in her garden - is'nt it funny how you link plants/flowers to lost loved ones. i think tea leaves are good for most plants - i compost tea bags, but i know someone that used to put a tea bag on the soil surface of all her house plants and would swear that it made all the difference - personally i think the tea bags are best composted first lol
