Definitely more than 7 feet tall Klahanie but aren't they a picture. Thanks.

I'd estimate about 14-15 feet tall Thorneyside.

Thank you Terra.

I bought my seed from Australia years ago and started them off in damp vermiculite in a pot on a radiator. You see, all technical stuff Klahanie! After about 10 days they started to germinate (The orange and black and white). Then came the tricky bit, waiting years and years as they grew, got repotted etc.
No chance of 14-15ft tall in here either.

Klahanie:

So, they're still babies. lol!

They grow easily much taller than 15'. There's so many over 30' tall here.

It is an interesting plant even without flowers Thorneyside and I am sure that one day it will reward you with a bloom.

How long does it take to get to 30' Delonix1?

I'm not exactly sure. I do know there's millions here in San Diego and they grow very fast (even in dry conditions).

I have so many photos of really tall Giant Bird of Paradise and can't find any on GoY.

This is the only one:

These are beauties. I think the ones in our restaurant would benefit from cleaning them up. Like the ones on your photo.

Thanks. :>)

Some of the most beautiful large ones I've seen (which are mass-planted by the many thousands are at Downtown Disney and the surrounding grounds). They are very tall maybe close to 40' tall or possibly a little taller. They're always very well-trimmed and maintained.

Here's another photo which isn't so clear, unfortunately.
