How much does this tree cost in the USA? Just curious...

They are typically expensive trees. I've seen smaller size 3-4 foot trees sell for $50-$60. An 8 foot tree at the nursery I worked for was priced at $130. Larger trees in 24-28" burlap or 10 feet and taller can sell for $500-$600. Stewartia koreana is very similar to Stewartia pseudocamellia and sells for about the same if not slightly more. There are other nice Stewartia species but I'm not as familiar with them.
One of the reasons they are expensive is because they are slow-growing. They are easy to root from cuttings taken in Summer but it takes a long time for them to get to a good size.

Hi, I calculated it and it costs almost the same here. About meter trees cost here 40 euros and higher ones cost over hundred. So almost the same. They offer here S. Chinensis, too, but it doesn´t have so beautiful bark as this one.
I have one additional question before I will purchase it - do you have an idea what is its grow speed? I know, they grow slowly, but what does that mean in numbers?

When they are young (10 years or less) they can grow 12-18 inches a year. Last year one of my smaller trees grew at least 18 inches. Trees grow faster when they're young, as it ages it will probably be close to six inches.
