Buy your water?

24 Aug, 2012

Yes, The Water Lady. I buy water for my big 3 gallon containers.

24 Aug, 2012

Why do you buy your water?

26 Aug, 2012

Because the tap water is hard...and it taste horrible!!! lol! :>)

Some of the plants don't like the tap water either.

27 Aug, 2012

Ah, so you buy bottled water or does this area have nice tasting not hard water?

I know what you mean, my aunt who lives in Corfu town usually takes back gallons of water with her.

I buy water from the "Water Lady" (the name of the business)...I've been buying water from her for more than 12 years.

Do you have good soft water?

27 Aug, 2012

How unusual its absolutely stunning.

18 May, 2017

It's kind of lopsided, though. LOL!

19 May, 2017

Lol I suppose its some thng different to look at .

19 May, 2017

Definitely. lol!

I think it may be cut like this on purpose. I see a window there, maybe the owners want to see the street.

20 May, 2017

Yes I did notice the window so perhaps that is why then.

20 May, 2017

Most likely. Although, I would never do this to a tree! lol!

20 May, 2017

Neither would I would nt plant it there in the first place if I wanted to see put of a window perhaps they are not gardeners knowing how big it would grow.

20 May, 2017

My feeling is this tree just popped up by itself. This neighborhood is one of the very few neighborhoods in San Diego where this tree naturalizes.

21 May, 2017

Perhaps the stray seeded it self..

21 May, 2017

African Tulips trees produce a lot of seeds which fly on the wind. They are very viable if they get enough water.

22 May, 2017

I thought they would being so many around wish some could fly over here ?

22 May, 2017

LOL! Yes, the flowers are very light and sail through the air like a feather. There's hundreds of seeds in a pod.

22 May, 2017

I am surprised the garden nurseries are nt out there collecting all those seeds to make money frim growing and selling them.?

23 May, 2017

me too. lol!

24 May, 2017
