Pink and white ranunculus flowers (Ranunculus asiaticus)

My flower garden in springtime 2009 was a raucous display of many bright and vivid colours, and a real hit in the neighbourhood i live in. I planted 1600 ranunculus bulbs out and 600 cineraria bushes out. The ranunculus flowers were so abundant, it took me eight to ten hours a week to cut off all the dead heads! What a display!

They are all wonderful. I have never had any success with Ranunculus. Never tried Cinerarias. You don't often see them here. They are beautiful

Wow wow absolutely beautiful, I'm going to google them now to see if I can grow them:-) Are they really the same family as buttercups?

They apparently grow wild in Cyprus/Turkey still can't find out if they grow well here. I'll put a question on:-)
