Little round...shrub?

Little round...shrub? (Lonicera nitida (Shrubby honeysuckle))

I have been...trimming? this a lot with some loppers as it does not stay little for long - it just seems to go out and out and out!

Thank you Bluespruce, I have been doing a bit of research on this one -to make sure that my lopping isn't doing any serious damage!- and there is a lot to say it is also known as 'box honeysuckle', is this another common name? Sorry to be a pain, it's just nice to learn!

Often called Boxleaf honeysuckle, Numbaten.

A lot of people use this for hedging, so you can keep it clipped tightly, with no harm to it. :-) Good if you fancy a bit of topiary! lol.

Yep, Lonicera 'Baggin's Gold', a very pretty non-flowering type, easy to keep in shape, and a lovely little variegated leaf.

What else?

See who else is growing Lonicera nitida (Shrubby honeysuckle).

See who else has plants in genus Lonicera.

This photo is of "Baggesen's Gold" in Numbaten's garden
