Did all your lavenders get through last winter ok? I have seen so many that didn't.

Noooo.... I'm seriously wondering if I should treat them as annuals. (!) I do love them, but only the English lavenders came through unscathed. I think just two of the French ones from previous years came through - the others had to be replaced. :-(

Yes, I am not surprised. I've given up with French lavender, although this is stunning....perhaps I should do as you say and treat them as annuals!

I can't NOT have them in the garden, K, they're so lovely for the time they're in flower.

I just can't, Pp. I have a soft spot for these, and they 'go' well in my borders.
