It can reach 30 to 50 ft. There’s one not too far from me which is easily approaching 40 ft.

Not sure I want that!..maybe fill in a bit and with our 70F's summers it will settle for 20'. It is planted in a raised bed and the sidewalk and driveway are closeby to keep roots on the dry side.
