Artichoke

Artichoke (Cynara cardunculus (Globe Artichoke))

I grew artichokes just because I had never seen one in flower. It turns out to be an attractive plant just growing. Mine are about two feet tall now and continuing to grow and will flower in the summer, if I don't whack them off and eat them.
