I've just bought the white form too Alan, so hopefully I'll have two blooming this time next year.

OK Meanie - how do you keep the snails off it?

A common question Andrew!
As the spot that I have lined up for them will not be ready until the shed is replaced it's still in a pot which makes it easier. So it stands on a saucer of sand, on shelving under the apple tree, with slug pellets and is kept as cold as I dare.
I'm sure that the problems will start once it's in the ground though.

What else?

See who else is growing Clianthus puniceus (Kaka Beak).

See who else has plants in genus Clianthus.
