K it has really taken some time to settle in, so I am happy with it, why can you not grow them?

They survive, but they don’t thrive this far north. They rarely flower unless you can provide very good shelter.

No point then K....when there are plenty of Clem's that will do well!
Janey I cannot believe the amount of flowers, our Freckles is doing well also.....must have been the hot Summer!
