Arisaema consanguineum - 2013

By Andrewr

Arisaema consanguineum - 2013 (Arisaema consanguineum)

One of the cobra lily family. For moist, humus-rich, neutral to acid soil, in a cool partially shaded site (although this one will take more sun than most of the others)

Are these rings because of slugs ? Copper?

Klahanie - yes, they are copper, and they do deter slugs and snails very effectively

I put a copper wire around some of mine dahlias which slugs love but somehow they manage to munch on them anyway. These look like a better protection.
