Garlic chives

Raquel

By Raquel

Garlic chives (allium tuberosum)

I love the smell of garlic chives, and they're great on salads..and according to Louise Riotte, help fend of some of the pests that attack roses, as all members of the garlic and onion family are said to do. So it sits next to my red rose! However, it is not effective against powdery mildew. Sigh.
