A tip: you can eat a kiwi like a boiled egg, this works very well (and certainly with zespri)!

What do you do with all this lovely fruit, Hilda?

Welllll... we haven't harvested any of it, not yet. This will be the first year.
I know my sister was able to keep them until March. When we lived in Groningen, up in the north of the Netherlands, we knew someone who harvested over 120 kilos a year and made jam with it.

I have not tasted Kiwi jam, sounds lovely...must make a note of it next
