Well, my first seedlings are coming up: Snapdragons and Carnations.

Also got some Salvia splendens seeds; fell in love with these plants after getting some in a variety pck of annuals.
All my other plants are also going great…Funny… I bought this snapdragon plant years ago and it’s still going. I thought it was supposed to be an annual?
Violas absolutely covered in blooms.

New pansys in Granny’s garden also enjoying themselves.

Other new plants in Granny’s new garden.

Jasmine in full bloom.

Mum’s new garden. (Can you tell she made the wal herself? Not bad for a first try.)

Juniper.

Oregano, propagated by division, now going great

A lovely garden, if I may say so myself!

Thanks pip we are just into autumn here in England, but we are having a very late Indian summer, what period are you in at the moment?

Love the jasmine, wish they would hurry up and invent 'scratch and sniff' computer screens. I love the scent of jasmine - my favourite!

Great idea Spindle you can get scratch and sniff perfume samples, just imagine on a miserable day smelling garden jasmine. Oh I wish I could have a computer like that.

Hi Drc - do you reckon if I took my idea into the Dragon's Den they would sponsor me to develop it?...lol

Nice blog, Pip. Your mum did a good job on her first attempt at building a wall!

I once grew Jasmine for a few yeas when we lived in Spain.A fried has rooted a cutting for us to grow here on my balcony. My wife likes their perfume a lot & it was her who spoke to our friend about Jasmine.

Fluff I think Mum's next project is a single-handed renovation of the whole house.... only kidding! But she's very active, once she sets her mind to something, watch out!
