Luckily, apart from 6 deep garage steps, we have a very gentle downward slope on york stone paving paths. A lot is to do with technique - like the men who do house moves - you don't have to have a weight trainer's physique!. We use gravity to our advantage! We have also been known to pour water on the path in freezing weather so that we can slide heavy items on the ice!
