Back border and seating area in April 2005

This is the same area as the seating area that I've posted, and includes part of the back border, so that you can see how this part of the garden has developed in just a few years. On this one you can see the uneven paving slabs and loose cobbles that were there originally, although by this point we had removed the ugly pergola.

Yes, we've had lots of fun (well, I have!) My husband isn't really keen on gardening but enjoys the fruits of my labour! He's always on hand to help with the heavy stuff but isn't keen on the finer details.
