our plant in the barthroom has flowered and if you look closely you can see another bud forming on the right hand side.

Hi Paul this plant is called (Tillandsias Ionantha Ionantha) hope this any help to you. it can only be grown indoors, but suppose it could be outdoors if you lived in the States where I am told it originates from, you can get them from most garden centres, either in a display as in the picture or in plastic bags to make your own arrangements. they come in various heights this one is about 3" high.
