Struggling with this one. Is it a shrub or small tree?, what colour were the flowers? What shape/form were the flowers? Answers to these may assist identification but no promises. Dioon11

Humm, it is about 2m tall, never saw flowers, but I'll keep my eye on these trees, they are in my way to the grocery store, easy to watch.

I'm almost positive this is a species of Podocarpus. Probably Podocarpus elatus. If this becomes a very large tree then it's Podocarpus gracilior.

Did you notice the fruits turning red?
I googled the Podocarpus Elatus and it seems you are right again :)

Yes, I did notice the fruits. I figured it was Podocarpus elatus...P. gacilior has large yellow fruit.

I googled after flowers, and couldnt find it.
