I was really stressed yesterday, with tons of customerspreparing for both Christmas and the upcoming storm, and I just couldn't wait to get home and hug my four legged, sane animals...
I microwaved up some spare ribs for supper; they were excellent too, but I had a wee problem with the microwave. I had taken the casserole dish of ribs out to set it on the counter, then turned back to wipe down the microwave tray....
So much for sanity at home!! I know cats seek out warm spots -do you think my house may be a tad too cool? Perhaps it's time to turn up the heat a wee bit... Or maybe he just thought that the ribs would be served "a la cat"....
Whatever his reasoning, I informed Tequila that I didn't appreciate his sort of assistance in my kitchen. Today will be my cookie baking day, so the 'kids' will be spending some time shut in the bedroom with toys while I work...

well look at her!!....Know what you mean Skippy ....my tree has 5 baubles on the floor and I had a rope of gold beads on it yesterday.....I found them halfway up the stairs today! lol

I think all cat owners must have tree decorations all over the floor. I found two in the middle of the kitchen floor this morning. At least they haven't pulled the tree over yet.

I almost fell over, this is hilarious! Must have been foloowing the smell and then found such a warm spot. He's looking at you like, 'What?' I've lucked out with my tree, Bianca has left it alone, she'd rather bat around the plants and drag cuttings around. She likes what I'm doing the most....lol.

That's funny...I just decorated my tree and every box that I emptied ended up with a cat in it...just checking it out....I have to put all my unbreakable hanging decorations at the botton of the tree because one of my cats will "bat" the ornament until it crashes to the floor them she plays with it until she loses it then goes for the next ornament...gotta love 'em
