Echium. Will it flower?

Planted last autumn, it suffered over winter and looked in a sorry state. But after a little bit of pruning it has come back very strongly. I hope it will flower! This is a plant I have never grown before. I added another one this week. The foliage is beautiful in itself though. I love the colour.

I think it should flower Karen. I had a couple of plants which never flowered and this year they have.
