Balcony, you asked what this was. I didn’t know it had even gone on, as it wouldn’t for ages. I have just found it. It is made with 2 of those plastic things that are used to hold bags open. These are held in place with wire netting, now completely covered by Ivy. It is a neat place to throw all my compostable plant material, nothing goes in my council bin.
